🍂 Fall skincare tips 🍂

Wear SPF EVERY day. Wear it if you’re inside all day. Outside in the sun. Rain or shine. On a sunny day or cloudy day. It should be a part of your routine no matter what.

Staying hydrated is key to help keeping your balanced and well moisturized.

If you haven’t had a chemical peel, your skin is missing out. BTW chemical peels are $65 through October 15TH 🙌🏼

Hydrating serums are a must this time of year. The weather can be a huge factor on why our skin acts out.

Now is a great time to start switching out your summer time skincare to your winter time skincare. Winter skincare should be more about hydration and nourishment (but also corrective).

Don’t over exfoliate! Use a more gentle exfoliator or decrease exfoliation to 1-2 a week depending on skin type.
