• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Listen well to customers.
• Respond to requests and questions.
• Strive to Facilitate convenient, high- quality treatments.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in fast Paced environment.
• Must be dependable, Self- Motivated, with strong work ethic.
• Discuss In detail Garra Spa products and potential guests.
• Ensure appropriate waivers and disclosures are signed and maintained according to company policy.
• Instruct guests on proper use of equipment to prevent injury or damage to person or equipment.
• Build rapport with guests (make the connection) and create the “Experience “by providing interesting information and facts, asking questions, and maintaining guest satisfaction while they are in the tanks.
