Hot showers feel sooo good this time of year — I get it 😅
But super hot water can be a little harsh on your hair, especially during winter when dryness is already creeping in.

Good news: you don’t have to give up your cozy showers 🙌
Just being a bit more mindful on wash days can make a big difference over time.

A few easy habits to start today 👇
