we got some new head shots for our new website. Keep a lookout for the new website for my private practice. I will be seeing clients in person or virtually in the treasure Coast area! I specialize in trauma, first responders, Leo, Vets, act duty, couples,families and I only used the gold standard evidence. Space practices. I am fully trained in EMDR , cognitive processing therapy, prolonged therapy, written, exposure, therapy, and inter-family systems therapy. I am also trained in DBT STAIR, I would love to start a DBT group if I have enough participants! I treat anyone who suffers with the above trauma and or couples counseling, as well as addiction, therapy, codependency, major, passive disorder, borderline personality, and, eating disorders! please come get the help you need you will be met with non-judgmental, genuine care and empathy

yesterday we got a new baby! Ruckus got his service dog, which he so badly needs! and for the first time in my life, I actually fell in love with an animal. The first time I met them so we have a new baby welcome home Jagger we will love you forever and you’ll have an amazing life. Thank you for bringing joy to our life.❤️

someone got published in the APA journal… yes my second publication proud to be part of the research community which informs our mental health treatment!! yes I am taking this moment to brag because figured that the year that we have had has been unbelievable and I still was able to accomplish my part in the research project and get my name listed as a citation so here’s my bragging moment!!!
