Recently I havent been myself and in meditating on this I realized something very silly, i was feeling guilty for being very very happy, so i was taking that and being bad. Guilt is a toxic feeling. Never feel guilty for your happiness when others are not. You will just spread your happiness to them. Help this world be a better and happier place.

Presences is something we often forget to recognize. We loose our cool, we overindulge, we live in the past, we live in the future. I know I am still working on mastering that myself. Its so easy to get lost in our thoughts of anything and everything. Its easy to get lost in and drown in our own feelings.

Look for those little moments to enjoy during your day, all day every day. There is no definition to enjoying them either. They could be seeing your nephew dress up and go trick-or-treating for the first time, smelling a flower, hearing a baby laugh, getting that promotion you've worked so hard for.

Life should be celebrated. Experience and Learn, Help others!! Be LOVE.

I've always been one of those people that had a hard time nailing down what she wanted to do with her life. Nothing holds my interest for very long, a few years if Im lucky. I love my current job, but I know its something I want for a long time. There are several different options out there and I cant make up my mind what I want, what would keep me happy.

I truly believe that this is to teach me the lesson of going with the flow, living in every moment. More often then not we want to have a plan to have our lives laid out for us even if it is not the best path, it is possible that it is the second best path, but not the best. For now I will ride the wave and the changing winds of the Universe and see what happens. All I know and can ask the Universe for right now is that I want to be happy and healthy with my wonderful hubby.

When you find yourself stuck and you dont know which way to go, follow the most simple and easiest path that is laid out before you. When it is right for you it will happen effortlessly.

Wow, this has been quite a year. The universe has been shooting options to my husband and I left and right, everyday. With everything we could be doing, it took a lot of time and searching to find which path was the best one for us. The best thing you can do is follow your heart when you are unsure of what to do. Get out of your head and move in to your heart and you will be sure to find the best option that will fulfill your greatest happiness.
