Spiritually I am healthy & happy about where I am and where I’m headed. I’m grounded & clear on who I am in Jesus Christ. I’ve been letting GO & letting GOD handles my battles. Baybeeee… holding my tongue comes from the strength of the Lord 🙌🏽 lol
But I’ve also realized there’s GROWTH in my silence.

Physically I’m living with my authenticity. Consuming vitamins/nutrients & being intentional about my fitness/body goals.
