35 degrees. Welp, that escalated quickly. I prefer cowl scarves for my kids because they can put them on themselves, they don’t come untied or fall off like traditional scarves...they fit in a backpack easily....they’re great on top of a winter coat hood to keep the wind from blowing the hood off their heads and let’s be real they look really cute.
