Peak Valley Bodywork

Peak Valley Bodywork (and Spider Strength Gym) lost a dear friend recently. Ryan Barry Alexios was a staple of our personal gym experience. We knew him, worked out with him, talked with him and look forward to seeing him everyday for the last 4+ years we’ve been attending Spider. We also had the pleasure of having Ryan as one of our clients. Today’s workout felt a bit lonelier and empty without his presence. We take comfort in seeing his fellow Olympic lifting buddy and involuntary protege (lol) (Dale) lifting on his platform. Our lives and Spider will never be quite the same without him to offer his expertise, anecdotes and cheers. Cate (featured last pic) wears one of Ryan’s Viking shirts in remembrance.

We also wanted to mention how incredible the athletes of Spider are. The culture of this gym is unlike any other. It warms our hearts greatly to be a part of a community that rallies together for one of our own. We will miss Ryan greatly. Go Viking’s!
