In this Greensboro home, the new study is a moody space that contrasts with the bright, floral living room, offering a his-and-her effect.

Starting 2026 off with a total banger of a styling project I have been dying to share. Dove all in to the styling of this stunning historical home alongside team and to showcase the design work and aimed to seamlessly blend modern living while paying homage to the timeless architectural foundations of a home built in perhaps my favorite era of homes. So proud of the work, honored to be trusted to support and grateful to for sharing the story!! Thank you - your photos and your commitment to each shoot are invaluable- ready to create more with you this year!

So excited to kick off 2026 with a huge publication release in โจ , .d , and myself have been sitting on these pretties since JULY 2024! ๐คฏ Team work really does makes the dream workโ we planned this shoot for a couple months, photographed 30 hours plus weeks of post-production editing, gthr.d prepped & styled additional days beyond the actual shoot itself, and spent years working on the design renovations. Entirely worth the wait to show off the renovated photographs of this historical NC home, originally built in 1922. These images are but a small sampling of the whole home gallery. Iโll share more in stories, but you can find in grocery stores, Barnes & Noble, anywhere they are sold. โค๏ธโจ๐ฅ๐

Letโs goooo .lyle.design ! Congratulations on making the cover!!!! I just knew the second I saw this sweet home you designed that it had to be shared. I had so much fun styling its spaces with your love of all things unique and collected. And captured beautifully and the photos tell the story of the rebirth of this special home in historic Oakwood neighborhood of Raleigh. Thank you - we are so excited for this issue!

Sometimes its a tough to refresh and say goodbye to summer pots that are still thriving in our mild NC temps so I like to let some linger. But itโs always so fun when I install a whole new design like this one.
