There was a season of my life filled with questions, waiting, tears, and wondering why having babies wasn’t easy.
No one really talked about how much hormones can affect fertility.
Not just physically… but emotionally too.
The heartbreak of hoping.
The silence between milestones.
The prayers whispered when no one else could see the pain.
My children are almost a decade apart, and while I wouldn’t change our story, I wish more women understood that hormones matter. Stress matters. Inflammation matters. Our bodies are always speaking.
For so long, I thought I just had to “push through” exhaustion, imbalance, and symptoms. Looking back, I realize my body was asking for support long before I understood it. Enter ➡️
Today, I care about wellness differently.
Not from fear.
Not from perfection.
But from gratitude.
Because after the waiting… we got both of our miracles.

TOMMOROW ⬇️
It’s time to revisit a fresh promise.
To set an intention.
To make a shift.
To FEEL better.
Not because we are broken, or our bodies are a project to fix but because life is precious & personally I want to draw my own line in the sand.
I’ve been curating a special place with some of my women. It’s elevated. Positive. Inspired & inspiring. Major exhale energy. And we begin a fresh chapter May 4th.
The goal? Root in some fresh habits that feel SIMPLE. Easy. Compoundable. Joyful.
This is about alignment using some of my very favorite tools.
I can’t wait for us to trust what we already know, apply some simple pivots & come back to ourselves. 🩷🩷

Welcome to some new followers !
This is my little man and pal. He turned 9 yesterday and I just adore him. I’m just posting here for the attention ! It sure works anytime I take him anywhere !!
I’m coming in to say that I’m slowly crawling out my social media sabbatical.
Since the first is the year, there’s been loss of work and great disappointment. There’s also been regrouping, relocation, rebuilding and MUCH resilience…on each other and on the One who holds our lives in His hand, even when He seems silent.
So just a soulful post to say hey and still here
Hugh and Grace is also about resilience. It keeps my hormones well in all these times of life.

Peonies on property.
These peonies in my yard bring me so much joy.
I’ve shared the story of how I lived here a year before realizing they were here.
If that’s not irony I don’t know what is.
In all times and especially in hard ones, I need gratitude for what’s right in front of me. Don’t we all.
I think thankfulness is the first key to endurance. 🌸

Life has thrown some curves, but I’m still keeping daily promises to myself and taking my
Huge and Grace OG collagen and hydrate.
I have begun my weighted walking with my good neighbor friend, as in 10 miles a week. She’s great and about my age and it’s really been good for mental clarity .
This is me, at 57, going to my first in person job interview in 25 years. I’m pursuing some new things for the future while I also do needed things here at home while my Lilly is still at home.
It’s just been a great reminder:
Girls, we can do new things at any age!

So, while I’m quiet here on socials, it doesn’t mean there’s not LOTS going on behind the scenes.
