I have had the immense privilege to watch The North State Jazz Orchestra grow from a tiny seed of inspiration so many years ago to an organization that is putting down solid musical roots in our community.

As the Marketing Director and Events Coordinator with the North State Jazz Orchestra, I've had a front row seat to the brilliance, creativity and passion of Cleveland Bonéy , our conductor, our Board Members, Paul Senn , Greg Takemoto , and Rebekah Van Tinteren, and all of the amazing musicians and vocalists, both on an off the stage. They are not just wildly talented musicians. They are humans I'm honored to know.

I can't wait for the community to experience what I've been watching since that first rehearsal at Old City Hall on that cold January day. The bristling energy, the smiles, the laughter, the good vibes, and the profound joy in the room that day lit my heart up. I couldn't be more proud of what we're building together and more grateful that the team trusts me to help share the Orchestra's journey with the community.

As some of you may know, The North State Jazz Orchestra is near and dear to my heart! My husband, Cleveland Bonéy, is the founder and conductor of the orchestra. I am a proud board member of North State Jazz Orchestra and you will often catch me behind the microphone at NSJO events and working behind the scenes as the Event & Marketing Director! UPDATE: Due to inclement weather in the forecast, this event has been moved indoors to Riverfront Playhouse in Downtown Redding. Listen to live jazz from small ensembles from the North State Jazz Orchestra as you watch the sun go down over the Sacramento River, from one of Redding's most iconic structures.

There are just 50 VIP seats available for this special event that aims to help fund our upcoming concert on Saturday, June 6th! VIP Tickets are $100 each and include a seat, a glass of wine or beer, and recognition
as founding sponsors on the North State Jazz Orchestra's website the programs at our next concert on Saturday, June 6.

There will be standing room for additional attendees, at a suggested donation of $35 per person, payable at the door via cash or credit card.

A cash bar will be available, sponsored by Redding Piano Angels, with proceeds benefitting the North State Jazz Orchestra.

Snacks will also be available for purchase.
