Okay, I'll admit that I don't always understand why someone would tell me they want to eat my soap, but this batch kind of made my mouth water a bit as I was making it today!

This one is Limoncello, an ode to the Amalfi Coast of Italy, with bright sparkling Amalfi lemon, lime zest, and juicy sweet orange undertones.

The bars will also have real dried lemon peel granules throughout for a bit of exfoliation, which you can see just peeking through the top of the soap. 🍋💛🥂

I'm so excited to cut into these tomorrow and see how they look!

🍾POP & FIZZ🥂: As the clock strikes midnight, a moment of magic unfurls. The air is electric, buzzing with excitement, and the world glimmers in a soft, golden light. Imagine the first sip of a sparkling glass of champagne—bubbly and crisp, with effervescent notes of lemon and lime dancing on your tongue. A sweet hint of raspberry follows, soft and romantic, like the blush of a New Year's kiss. Finally, sugared vanilla and white musk linger, warm and inviting, like the quiet promise of new beginnings.

Earthy oakmoss and patchouli anchor the scent with grounding richness, while cedarwood adds a soft, woodsy warmth. These are definitely my favorite batch of this shop update, but all the others aren't far behind. 💛🧡

Making wax melts today! We've fallen a little bit behind on wax melts, so we are taking some time to knock out a few batches of some scents we have on hand.

These Avocado Lemongrass wax melts are super invigorating and energizing, which is helpful for the end-of-summer slump that can crush any motivation. 😅

What do you do to stay motivated? ✨️

We are temporarily suspending our shop in protest of Black Friday and the push to constantly overconsume by large retailers. We at Syringa Soapery believe that consumerism is reaching a dangerous tipping point, and we want to establish that only buying things when or if you need them is okay, and that you shouldn't feel compelled to buy something out of societal pressure to do so.

Furthermore, we fervently support workers being able to have time during and surrounding holidays to spend with their families, and wish to also normalize businesses giving their workers more regular time off to enjoy life's greatest joys and comforts, especially during a stressful time of year.

Over this weekend, our online store will be inaccessible, and our Etsy shop has been suspended. It may seem odd for a small business to shut down on one of the busiest shopping days of the year, but this is a cause we truly believe is worth supporting.

Coming Soon: WAX MELTS!

You've been asking, and now we are delivering!

I've been trying to find ways to use up excess fragrance oils that are left over after we've made our soaps, and after testing out various waxes and figuring out which one we like best, we have got a winner!

We will start off doing smaller batches just to see how well they do, but if they sell out fast, don't worry, we will make another bigger batch of any scents that vanish before everyone who wanted to try one has been able to. Once we run out of fragrance oil, however, they will not make a return until we do another batch of soap of the same fragrance. So, in essence, our wax melts will be limited edition and seasonal, just like our soaps.

These "Love You to Death" wax melts (and many others) will be available with our soap release on Thursday, AND our BUY 3 GET 1 FREE soap sale will start up then as well! As another surprise, we are starting a loyalty rewards program where you can redeem the points you earn with every purchase for discounts, just as a way for us to show our thanks. 😊
