The answer is simple: it depends on your recovery journey and your goals.
Stage 3 is the highest level of compression Tributo offers, designed for experienced faja wearers who want to take their sculpting to the next level.
Most clients introduce it around 3 months post-op and continue wearing it through months 6 and beyond. Because of its intense compression, we typically recommend up to 8โ10 hours per day, always listening to your bodyโs response.
But hereโs the most important thing:
โจ Stage 3 is optional.
You can stay in Stage 2 throughout your recovery and still achieve excellent swelling control and beautiful results.
