• Must have a valid Cosmetology license
• Minimum 2 years of salon management experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on salon/workforce experience
• Open and flexible availability (minimum of 30 hours per week)

• Willingness to learn and grow
• Self-driven, goal oriented, and dependable
