Root melt, gloss refresh and trim on this beauty! The original plan was to add some more blonde in, but I’m so glad we did a color refresh instead. Her overall tone looks brighter and her hair will be so much happier for it. Sometimes less is more!☀️

Raise your hand if you have a hard time not going from going to one extreme to the other when you are bored with your hair? 🙋🏼‍♀️ I’m so guilty of this! Since this babe wanted to go closer to her natural, we kept it soft and conservative so there no “oh crap I went too dark moments.” She can easily add more depth if she wants to go a bit darker and can always add a few highlights to brighten(with little damage) if she wants to go back to blonde!

We added some super subtle face framing highlights to create the softest sun kissed highlights using high lift color. This is such a great way to enhance hair that doesn’t have any previous color, without using bleach. If you have virgin hair and are nervous about lightening, let’s talk!
