The reality is, if you can’t face why you eat the sugar, it’s never going to stop.
Once you start, you just can’t stop and you promise you’re going to not have any sugar in the next day. The cycle is endless.
Here’s the reality… It’s not the sugar that you’re actually hooked on, but the feelings that it gives you of calm, escape, and temporary happiness.
We’ve only been taught to diet and abstain from sugar, so it’s no wonder we think it’s so hard. What’s really hard and hurting us are the feelings and emotions that are driving the need for the sugar.

In public, I was the “healthy one”.
Behind closed doors, I was out if control.
