This 18+ ride is all about good vibes, laughs, fresh air, and community. Perfect for a day date, pulling up with friends/family, or just needing a reason to get out.

We’ll also have:

•Ride marshals leading the way
•A mechanic on deck
•Bikes+helmets available for those that don’t have one
•A bike giveaway BEFORE the ride!

To be entered for the bike giveaway, follow + share to your story + tag BWB + and most importantly tag a person you want to ride with. The winner will be announced May 18th and will receive the bike before the community ride.

I’ve recently partnered with Ramsey County Parks to get more Black folks in nature. As part of that initiative, I’m taking Healing for Hip Hop Lovers outsideeee 🌱

My first offering is Cleo Sol vibes ✨ You can expect thoughtful writing prompts inspired by her music + some intentional movement led by Hood Healer & Love Dealer, Sierra Carter!

Sierra is a spiritual thought leader and community-rooted visionary. Her ministry is making soulful medicine accessible for the culture—through body movement, community therapy, soul food laced with herbs, and music-fueled healing spaces. We are blessed to have her.
