We had an awesome weekend providing Meditation and Sound this past weekend. Guided meditation set to sound, a full sound bath and a new offering, sound bath in surround sound poolside. We spent time resting, relaxing, planning our events, reading, being disconnected from tech and soaking up all of the “GOOD” at our favorite retreat space. Thank you to all of those who showed up and took some time out for self care and thank you to MG for allowing us to share our offerings with guests. Our ❤️’s are full!

Fun was had by Allllll today! Check out our peeps in all their new bad ass tie dye! Thank you WOW 🤩 Was that ever fun! And guess what!? We dreamed up a workshop for the end of summer. A make your own type deal. How fun is that!!!!
