First attempt at gluten free protein pancakes! Made with gf pancake mix, cottage cheese and collagen protein powder. Can’t wait to try 🤤 they smell delish.

Also stages of making my “wanna be snickers” energy bites made with dates, sunbutter and almonds…drizzled with chocolate. Perfect with cafecito before heading to Woodlawn 🤤🤤🤤🤤
