The women pictured here is not the hacker but I believe a victim of hacking herself. There were over 300 Pakistani men on what is her "Friends" list.
Unfortunately, I report the females profile before I screenshot the person I belive to be the mastermind behind this. His profile does seem to have been taken down.

This is Alicia! My page has been hacked & almost completely taken over. The damage the hackers have done to this page is mostly more than I will be able to repair. They have also taken over my personal account and linked it to an Instagram account that has violated community guidelines, of which I have no access to.

So, for now, this is Goodbye. Unless by some miracle things change.
