Yesterday’s Women’s Holistic Wellness night was a good one 🤍 thankful to be given an opportunity to share my passion and connect with others within the holistic healing space. I was incredibly inspired by everyone’s stories.✨

❕TOMORROW❕ Join myself, along with many other local vendors, for a night of community. We will be coming together to support Women’s Holistic Wellness, graciously hosted by 🤍 This event is completely free. Join in on an all paces walk/run, open house of community healers, followed with a yoga session led by the wonderful ✨
You won’t want to miss this. We will be taking donations of new or gently used youth girls sports athletic wear, along with any sized running shoe. We can’t wait to see you there!

Understanding your body helps bring acceptance. With the constant change in hormones, your energy levels can change as well. Cycle syncing your workouts can bring about more successful movement and lower cortisol levels. Consistent movement is key, so find what works best for you! 🤍
