Every journey or adventure has a beginning!

The busy mom on the left made every excuse! Her drink of choice consisted of sweet tea and Dr. Pepper multiple times a day. She often drove through fast food restaurants 1 to 2 times during the work day and more often then not had dinner out. She was EXHAUSTED no matter what time she went to be or woke up. She always said that on Monday she would get on track, but that Monday never came. She hated shopping because the joy of carrying tiny humans left it's mark and she wasn't confident or comfortable in her skin. She would hide behind those bundles of joy in pictures, only take pictures that were angled and often volunteered to take the picture so she could escape over all.

Fast Forward to the mom on the right. She has more natural ENERGY that doesn't give the feeling of needing a mid day nap to survive. She always takes picture with her Mini's not ever batting an eye to check if the picture came out good. She loves shopping as she has lost and continues to maintain being 35 lbs less. She's actually smaller now then she's ever been since high school. She doesn't make excuses or wait until Monday because she lives in the moment on right now. Her overall mindset and attitude is in more of a positive place. Her mood is 1000xs better and she is living her BEST life!

Truth Telling Tuesday...

Building a business from the ground up has taken time and didn't happen over night. Truth be told I said NO to Coaching multiple times before I chose to give it a shot just because I didn't think I had the time!

Looking at life today I've been able to build a successful business in the "mom cracks" of my day for the past year. When I first started, I STILL had weight to lose, but I saw others sharing their journeys and having success in their own business & knew I could do it! I'm still a busy mom, but real talk - there's never a "perfect time" to start.

Today I am surrounded by other busy moms who are working THEIR JOURNEY and inspiring others to SUCCEED. We EMPOWER, UPLIFT and PUSH one another to reach the next level our business.

Tonight I just got off the phone with my Business Bestie who lives in New York. FACT: I have never met in person, but it feels like I have known her my whole life! We are both moms brought together by our common goals and I can not be more EXCITED about what is in store for us!

Truth Telling Tuesday!

I had every intention of skipping my workout this morning just because I didn't want to get up, but I got it in because I know my challengers are committed to getting things done and showing up everyday and I am too!! So thankful for my Fit Fam!

Today marks days 9 of my 80 Day commitment and I when I started these little bands seemed like they were going to kill me. Today I can say while I am working hard I can now get through and say I am surviving even if I want to lay in the floor and just stay there😂

Some may see me on your newsfeed and think what the heck is this girl doing?! There she is posting about her workouts again!? (Insert 👀 Roll!) Am I Right?😂 As a full time working mom I can be the first to say at one point I forgot about myself because I put everyone else's need first! Between practice, car line, raising babies, working and making sure there was food on the table I lost my sense of ME and I think that others may be in the same place.

We have a PURPOSE! We have a PASSION! We have MORE inside us and should never feel like we have settled! If I take care of MYSELF then I am better equipped to take care of others!

This brings me to why you see a BIG SMILE on my face!! ~~COACHING~~

As a kid bad weather days were the BEST DAYS EVER! Pre kids bad weather days were a free day off and I may have to work a little harder, but with no one to worry about except me no bid deal. 15 months ago as a mom of 2 my Mini's would be SUPER EXCITED about having the day off and I was left worried about how was I going to make up the lost time, get the kids to there events and not feel it in my paycheck. I was basically doing the 5 days of work in 4 days which was exhausting!!

Today 15 months into Coaching here we are with school being canceled due to bad weather tomorrow and for once I didn't have to feel the finacial stress! After checking my Coach bank account I realized last week's deposit covers the amount I had to cancel in work tomorrow due to bad weather and then some!!

I am continuosly get reminders of how Coaching has changed my life Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Financially! Tomorrow starts day 1 of my new program. I am SUPER EXCITED, NERVOUS, and UNSURE of what I committed to and that's that's okay. Starting something new is hard and here I am all these months into my journey and the fear of failure can still play a role.

You can't grow if you don't get out of your own way!! Our thoughts can have such an impact on our SUCCESS so from here out I refuse to let my thoughts dictate my actions. I'm so THANKFUL to be surrounded by my FIT FAM who cheers me on, keeps me accountable and goes through the motions with me every step of the way. I don't have to do it alone and neither do you!!
