Dear valued clients, as we approach our busy season, we would like to take a moment to clarify our booking policies.
To confirm, a deposit is required to secure all bookings, and these deposits are non-refundable. Travel fees associated with appointments are also non-refundable in the event of client cancellation. For in-salon bookings, the deposit amount is $15; however, bridal and quince parties requiring on-site services are subject to a different booking process. To schedule an appointment, please text us, as bookings are not accepted via phone calls. Please note that without a deposit, your booking is not considered confirmed.✅
