Memories that’ll last a lifetime this Halloween weekend. Heston, an 11 year old from Oklahoma laid the hammer on this beautiful 10 this weekend out at the 1 Oak Ranch! Truly an eye opening experience that left us more inspired than when we came! Big thank you to the donors, sponsors, and for donating the mount to Heston! Keep on keepin on!!

A dream of mine came true today as I’ve closed on my first Ranch deal this morning! Since I was a kid, I’ve always been passionate and interested about landownership and everything that came along with it! Now to help people buy and sell ranches across Texas is a dream come true!

The ranch was stocked with South Texas genetics and every deer taken off the last season was checked and cleared with no CWD present. Turkey abound and seem to emerge from all corners of the ranch. Quail cover the roads and in the evenings it is not uncommon to see hundreds to thousands. The Dove hunting at the ranch is akin to Hondo- scenes reminiscent of Argentina emerge around dove season.
