Why? Because the nose is a high-risk area with delicate blood supply. Taking a gradual, conservative approach allows swelling to settle, filler to integrate properly, and gives me the ability to refine the shape safely instead of trying to do too much at once. Slow + strategic always wins here. 👏🏼

We also treated the tip of the nose with tox in the depressor septi nasi muscle — the muscle responsible for pulling the tip downward when smiling or talking. Relaxing it helps:
✨ prevent tip drooping
✨ create a more lifted appearance
✨ improve overall balance and projection

✨I used to get so anxious treating M-shaped lips… and honestly, a lot of providers still do. These are the ones that really test your skill and your eye.

M-shaped lips have a deeper dip in the center of the top lip, creating that “M.” If you don’t respect the anatomy, filler can easily look heavy or uneven.
