The Leadville 100 is a beast that demands everything you have, and then some. But you don’t slay this beast alone.

This finish belongs to my crew: my mom, my wife, and my kids—your love and support carried me every step. And to my pacer, Johnny—you are the reason we kept grinding when the sun came up and the finish line felt forever away.

This last photo says it all. On our way to finish with a time of 28:53:53, sleep-deprived and running on fumes, chasing a sub-29 finish. Heads down, hearts full, grinding it out together.

The question isn’t if I’ll be back for that third buckle… it’s when.

Throwback to Boston🏃‍♂️💙

There’s nothing quite like that feeling of turning onto **Boylston Street**, hearing the roar of the crowd, and knowing you’ve just conquered 26.2 miles of heart, hills, and history. This time last year, I was toeing the line in Hopkinton, equal parts nerves and excitement—ready to take on the **Boston Marathon**.

It wasn’t just a race; it was a celebration of grit, the months of training, the early mornings, and the belief that every step forward was worth it.

This year, I won’t be at the starting line, but to everyone racing — whether it’s your first or your fifteenth—know this: You’ve already won by getting here. The course will test you, the crowds will lift you, and that finish line will change you. **Go get yours.** 💛💙

🌟 Exciting news! This weekend at the Austin Rattler 50k, I qualified for the Leadville 100 Trail Run!

It’s only my second time qualifying for a race—my first was the 2024 Boston Marathon. Last year, I got lucky in the lottery for Leadville, but this time I made my own luck.

It’s kind of crazy that the cheapest way for guaranteed entry into this race still cost me a premium race fee and a dislocated thumb before travel, lodging, etc. lol 😂

I’m aiming for a sub-25 hour finish in 2025 and that coveted big buckle. Can’t wait to take on the challenge again! Happy ! 🏃‍♂️✨

Feeling pumped and ready to tackle the Boston Marathon bright and early tomorrow! 🏃‍♂️ Got my trusty Race Kit, a stash of Spring Energy gels for that extra kick, and my Nike Alphaflys all set out, along with my race bib. Bring on the miles, Boston! 💪
