Our Friday the 13th Craft Night is finally here!!!
Join us tonight from 530 to 730 pm and let’s create something fun. Bring a craft you’re already working on or purchase one of our kits in store and let us show you how to make your very own miniature bookcase with Barbara/pandorasbookstore or, a terrarium kit from Mariam/purealohabathandbeauty. Hope to see you there. We will have light snacks and refreshments!

Aloha sunshine, it’s finally happening—our very first (of many more) craft nights of 2026.

Pure Aloha Beauty and Pandora’s Bookstore are hosting a fun craft night on Friday the 13th 👻 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at 114 Broadway St. in downtown.

Refreshments and light snacks will be provided.

Bring a craft you’re already working on or one you’ve been wanting to start, and settle in for a relaxed two-hour crafting session.
If you don’t already have a craft, we’ll also have craft kits available for a small fee.

Pure Aloha / Mariam will be instructing a mini terrarium workshop, and
Barbara from Pandora’s Bookstore will be leading a miniature bookstand project with fun accessories.

Come out and enjoy a creative evening with other like-minded people, connect, and maybe even make a few new friends!

There is something so peaceful about returning to the creative things that bring joy. Lately I started making handmade paper again, and I’m honestly in love with how these colors turned out.

Soft shades of pink, purple, and white came together so beautifully—each sheet unique, textured, and full of character.

Handmade paper reminds me that the most beautiful things take time, patience, and a little creativity. 💗

It’s Valentine’s a day at Pure Aloha. Come on out tomorrow 2/14/26 from 12 pm to 4 pm for our valentines customer appreciation event. Eight amazing businesses on Broadway st and Houston st welcome and appreciate you for your patronage and will be offering tastings, limited discounts, wine, whiskey, coffee, food sampling, and Pure Aloha will be doing a giveaway!

I got back into making paper today after a long pause, it was so therapeutic. I added dried roses 🌹 and other flowers to this batch!

2025 was… a year. A year of growth, lessons, and resilience. And now—we’ve made it to 2026. I truly believe this is a year of positive change, clarity, and finding our voices. A year of being honest about what we no longer want, need, or accept.

I am deeply grateful for the women who came before me—the ones who chose peace and self-respect over comfort, over approval, over the need to be liked. Their courage reminds me that standing alone is sometimes the bravest thing we can do.

Never be afraid to walk your path, even if you have to fight your battles quietly and on your own. Strength is built there. Growth is born there. And so often, the most beautiful beginnings come after the hardest, scariest battles.
