One last Sunday at Moonlight Beach 🌊☀️

This Sunday at 9:30 AM will be our final Beach Yoga class at Moonlight Beach until the fall.

For years, these Sunday mornings have been filled with ocean breezes, sunshine, movement, laughter, and an incredible community. There’s something truly special about practicing yoga just steps from the water and starting your day surrounded by nature.

Due to City of Encinitas summer regulations, our Sunday classes will be moving to South Ponto Beach for the summer season. While we’re excited for another beautiful summer at South Ponto, we’d love to see you one more time at Moonlight Beach before we make the transition.

Join us for a morning of yoga, connection, and gratitude as we celebrate our last class of the season at this iconic beach.

Last night’s Full Moon Beach Sound Bath was pure magic 🌕✨

We watched the sun melt into the horizon, moved through a gentle sunset yoga practice by the ocean, and settled into a deeply restorative sound bath under the glow of the full moon. The colors in the sky were absolutely breathtaking, and as darkness fell, the sound of the waves and crystal singing bowls created an experience we’ll never forget.

These moments are a beautiful reminder of what happens when we slow down, step away from our busy lives, and reconnect with nature, community, and ourselves. 🤍
