The truth is that you’ve done incredible things before, right? You’ve been successful before. You’ve hit goals before. Think about what motivated you to achieve a goal and tap into that motivation this month (and year) when limiting beliefs like “I can’t do this” pop up. You have PROOF that you CAN do what you set your mind to so those limiting beliefs have no power over you!
