Retrofitting out an old existing Pylon Sign that once used a HO Fluorescent Lighting System to LEDs.

HO (High Output) Fluorescent Lighting Components are getting harder and harder to find these days. So this was a job from HO Lamps to Brighton IV LEDs...and of course two new Pylon Sign Faces

The most challenging part when it comes to fabricating Curved Illuminated Cabinet Signs is when it comes to making sure the 1/2" Acrylic Push Thru letters actually line up and actually "Push Thru" the solid aluminum face.

This was a good and great challenging project for us
