One of my favorite things when traveling is discovering locally owned boutique spas, and my visit to Spa Home Buenos Aires was such a special experience.

While my girls enjoyed relaxing manicures, I treated myself to a head spa service with Marialba, the owner. What I expected to be a wonderful scalp treatment turned into a complete relaxation experience. In addition to the head spa, she included a facial massage, hand massage, and foot massage, creating a truly luxurious and personalized treatment.

You can immediately feel the care and attention that comes from a smaller, boutique spa. Marialba’s passion for her work shines through in every detail, and her warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable.

Spent the most beautiful day at Fairmont Grand Del Mar and it was everything you want in a true reset.

I started with a collagen firming facial—my skin feels lifted, hydrated, and glowing in that “no makeup needed” way. Then experienced the GHARieni WELNAMIS treatment… honestly next level relaxation. It’s like your body fully unwinds in a way you didn’t realize you needed.

After that, I took full advantage of the spa amenities—jacuzzi, steam room, and dry sauna… the perfect flow to detox and recharge.

For years I struggled with a rash around my nose and chin. I saw seven different dermatologists and was diagnosed with perioral dermatitis. I went on antibiotics three separate times — and each time it came right back.

I finally decided to dig deeper and went to Del Mar Integrative to run food allergy bloodwork and a full hormone panel. My results showed sensitivities to egg yolk, egg whites, spinach, onion, almonds, and regular cheese. After eliminating these from my diet and reviewing my hormone levels, my skin cleared within a month — and I feel better overall than I have in years.
