Really want to use Law of Attraction to bring something into your life --- THIS IS GOLD!
3 Elements of INTENTION that give it Real PULLING POWER:
1. Crystal Clarity - and I mean specific, s-p-e-l-l-e-d out,
what you want, exactly how you want it.
2. Must be in the POSITIVE & in PRESENT TENSE. What you want, not what you don't want. What you want, not what you don't want. WHAT YOU WANT, not what you don't want! Yes, I wrote that three times because-----we so often, without realizing, are thinking about, focused on WHAT--we--don't want. And you know what they say "the Universe doesn't give us what we want; it gives us what we are putting our attention on."
3. JuicE IT UP- infuse it with all the delicious feelings of having it just the way you want it. How will you be feeling, what will you be seeing... hearing... even smelling or tasting if you are willing to be creative and conjure those!
P.S. The great thing about intention setting is it is fun! It feel good! So what the heck - DO IT!

As a result of the survival programming of the most primal part of our brains, they are coded to search out, recognise, prioritise, and identify danger. While this served our early brothers and sisters keeping them on alert for predators and other dangers that threatened their lives, it DOES NOT serve us modern day humans that live in a relatively "safe" world, haven't seen any woolly mammoths out there lately. Much of our modern day "stress" is this program in action. Physiologically, the frequent loads of adrenaline and cortisol released into our bodies does harm especially because when we do get "stressed", we sit in still bodies whereas our early relatives acted in fight or flight processing out those hormones. Mindfully recognising the stress response, moving your body, regular meditation including Qigong of course ;) and training the brain to look for the good stuff, claiming your good and accomplishments, practicing gratitude and appreciation, and just plain choosing a different thought and feeling - these all serve to switch the nervous system back into "rest & digest"/ "feed and breed" mode, drawing all the blood and nutrients back to the organs systems of the body where life is nourished! We can learn to thrive!
