It’s difficult to concentrate when you have a lot on your mind. This exercise is great for helping you to focus. Just put your hand on your forehead for 1 minute and it brings blood to the cerebral cortex
to help you concentrate, when you need it. It's fast, simple and can be done anywhere...meaning yes you can still multitask!
