DIY "Pantry" Glow Face Mask
I ran across this 3 ingredient face mask, and I'm determined to do a little self-care a little later today with these items I already have in my home!

Here's the ingredients. Essential oils are optional, but I'll be adding a 1-2 drops each of Lavender, Frankincense and Geranium!

2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Mix together in a glass bowl, apply to face, and leave on 10 minutes. Gently rinse with a soft cloth (nothing abrasive)

Benefits:
Honey - Moisturizing, antioxidants and antibacterial
Yogurt - Lactic acid and zinc calms inflammation
Lemon - Helps with blackheads and discoloration
For best results, use regularly, up to 3 times a week. Evenings are best since lemon can make you sun sensitive

** If you have sensitive skin, it can look a little pink after because of the lactic acid. It will calm within the hour :)
