Elite speed has a look to it. Not everyone will be able to achieve these angles at top speed of course. It doesn't mean we shouldn't work towards that look and see what happens. It also doesn't mean that physics don't still apply for other athletes. The level chin, chest and hips, the hips stacked vertically under the shoulders,, the big front side, the tight and vertical front forearm, the big back elbow, the dorsiflexion, all help them utilize physics for their speed. Some will need more ground contact time, some won't be able to achieve that knee height, some will show more degrees of plantar flexion, etc. It doesn't mean we shouldn't work toward the optimal physics. Yes optimal physics differ for everyone, to a degree. Some need more backside and longer push times, some need a higher chest, got it. But maybe we shouldn't be reinforcing what an athlete is already genetically capable of doing and encouraging development of what they have previously been genetically incapable of doing.
