This is the story of when I went first to open a new pathway to be successful in the beauty industry before I had proof.
before I had buyers.
before I knew what I was doing.
I wasn’t selling lash trainings. I was trying to lead an industry into deeper brand embodiment.
In 2023, brand and content strategy wasn’t a trend.
It was misunderstood.

Everyone was still obsessed with sticking to what was familiar.

But I knew I couldn’t sustain that forever.
I wasn’t just tired.. I was being called to create something that didn’t exist yet.

I didn’t want to just sell to 1:1 at a time…
I wanted to speak 1:Many

And that shift required more than a new offer and pathway
It required a new identity.

And back then, that message was ahead of its time.
Most didn’t get it.
So they didn’t buy.
And I could’ve taken that silence as a sign to go back.

But I didn’t.

I stopped trying to convince them.
I got even more convicted.
I refined my voice.
I anchored my message.
I chose to lead before I was validated and definitely before I had any proof.

Because I wasn’t just trying to make sales I was forging a new path for beauty pros who knew they were meant for more.

That was my Diamond Moment.

There was a time when I kept trying to “fix” the struggle with more hustle, more hours, more offers.
But what I really needed was to stop fighting the pressure and start listening to it.

You are not out of alignment.

I remember the feeling
Being fully booked, trusted and known in my lane.

I had the business women said they wanted.
Clients, the IG presence, referrals
My name carried weight.
But behind all that..
I was quietly craving more.
