How To Recover From Binge Eating
If you are struggling with weight loss or fitness in general, you are going to slip up every now and then.
When you are on a weight loss journey, you want it to be smooth sailin' from Point A to Point B.
You want to put it in cruise control and look at the scenery.
But in reality, that's not how it works.
Binge eating sucks... but it does NOT define who you are.
As someone who used to constantly eat to the point where they wanted to explode... it is not a great feeling.
But the feeling of guilt can sometimes be more painful. Just know this...
You make your mistakes, your mistakes never make you.
There are going to be days when you eat a bowl of pretzels bigger than your head.
There are going to be times where you say you're going to order 1 thing at the restaurant, but you end up ordering a few appetizers and dessert with it too.
Seriously... if you ever slip up, binge eat, overeat, etc...
Just know this:
-All Your Progress Is NOT Lost.
-You Are NOT A Bad Person
-You Are Going To Be OK!
-You Can Always Get Right Back On Track!
If you are trying to recover from a binge episode, the last thing you want to do is beat yourself up and punish yourself with extra cardio.
The scale is going to go up the next time you step on it. That's okay. It's not pure fat. It's mostly water weight.
The number on the scale does not determine your self worth.

Just know that every single person slips up during their fitness journey.
You have 2 choices at the end of the day.
You can either move on and learn from the experience...
OR, you can give up entirely.
