Tips to make waxing hurt not so much!!!:
No caffeine before waxing! It will agitate the nerves and actually make it hurt more. Potassium is perfect before a waxing! It will actually help to calm the nerves and make it hurt less! I’ve been Nana an hour before apple juice a half hour before or coconut water and avocado are also great forms of potassium!!
Don’t wax close to your cycle! It hurts more!!
Stay on top of your waxing! It’s like a relationship! If you are with someone for 6 months, it hurts more to say goodbye to them, than if you are with them for 1 or 2 months! More memories mean more pain! An easy way to think of it!
