When we can look at ourselves with love and an understanding of positive awareness, which will allow us to grow and expand, then we can truly know peace and serenity. What part of your mind is calling the shots today? Stand up to the negativity and just be who you truly, and meet yourself where you are in each moment. Ram Das says that true wisdom is learning how to live in harmony WITH the world, in ANY given moment. Living in harmony sounds great to me! Have a beautiful day everyone and do some yoga (not just physical)!! Make sure you meditate, be kind to others, live by your conscience (it is there for a reason), trust your self and your faith, BREATHE, LOVE, be of SERVICE, and devote yourself to what you BELIEVE, be HONEST, practice NON harmful behavior (be GENTLE with LIFE), focus less on TAKE and focus more on GIVING.
