Art and Anatomy
As I train I look at the body through a different lens. Making programs, workouts, teaching my clients during sessions. It's all painting a story to the puzzle you're trying to solve. It's like a kid playing with Legos, got to have imagination.
In this picture I drew, relating the body's anatomy. In the body, the SCM (Sternocleidomastoid) and Middle Abs (Re**us Abdominis) share connection points. This means they can play tug of war, which can affect movement and posture.
Achilies tendon is a spring, so train it!
Many injuries happened due to weak ankles especially the tendons. Tendons act as your support system. Help keeping you stable and muscles attached to the bone. If they are weak they won't be able to reinforce the strength that's needed!
