A healthy, energizing fall snack you can take anywhere — rich in flavor, protein, and cozy spice.

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
⅓ cup pure pumpkin purée
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

• 3 cups rolled oats
• 2 cups almond milk
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
