Paprika
Fél fej -fehér és lilahagyma
Szalonna
Kolbász
Só,bors,és fokhagyma por
Füstölt paprika
VĂ­z

Vágj mindent kb. 2,5 cm-es szeletekre.
Tedd a szalonnát a serpenyőbe (olaj nem kell).
Kis idő múlva add hozzá a kolbászt.
Rövid idő múlva add hozzá a hagymát, és pirítsd puhára.
Vedd le a tűzről, és adj hozzá egy kanál füstölt paprikát, és keverd jól össze (igazi magyar paprikát).
Add hozzá a sót, borsot és fokhagymaport (keverd össze).
Add hozzá a paradicsomot és a paprikát, adj hozzá vizet (kb. 3-4 csésze).
Kis lángon főzd, amíg a paprika megpuhul.
Ha minden kész, adj hozzá 5 egész tojást felverve, folyamatos keverés mellett, és főzd néhány percig, amíg a tojás megpuhul.
Tálald.

Eggs
Tomatoes
Peppers
Half a head - white and red onion
Bacon
Sausage (I used Jalapeño & Cheddar Johnsonville)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Smoked paprika
Water

Slice everything to about 1"
Add bacon to pan (no oil needed)
After a while add sausage
Shortly after add onions and cook down
Pull off heat and add a spoon of smoked paprika them mix well (real Hungarian preferred)
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder (mix in)
Add tomatoes and peppers, add water, (about 3-4 cups)
Light boil till peppers become soft
When all done add 5 whole scrambled eggs while stirring constantly & boil for a few minutes till eggs cook.
Serve

Spaghetti Carbonara

Low carb version (Pasta substitute)
Spaghetti Squash or Konjac Spaghetti

I made both Spaghetti Squash and Konjac Spaghetti Pasta for you to see!

4 egg yolks
110gm of Pancetta (4oz.)
Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti Squash (sliced, air fried 30 minutes & pulled apart)
Real pasta water (starch water)(Boil real pasta just to have starch water) (I don't use pasta, just the water from it)

Mix 4 egg yolks and Âľ cup of Parmesan Cheese

Cook Pancetta (put some aside for garnish/topping)
Turn off stove
Right away Add Spaghetti and mix
Add yolk/Parmesan cheese mix
While everything is still warm add some pasta water to melt cheese and make it all creamy
Serve, topp with more Pancetta and Parmesan Cheese
