I used to define success by how much money I made, what my raise will look like, what the next promotion looks like. Success looks differently from person to person.

For me, success has looked so different as I grew older. My husband once told me, why are you a prisoner to your business? He said everyone in our family — your mom, my brothers & sisters… you all work so hard for your business, but your business should be working for you.

That one hit hard. While it’s not fully 100% yet, moving our inventory to our TX Fulfillment center was the best decision I could have made for my family, my mental state and it will also allow me more time to connect with you! The face behind the biz

Hi, for those that are new here my name is Bach Ngo (BT). iSLAY has been in business 5 years as of January. I started this company with the vision of bringing together community. I started alone as a PMU artist in 2018 and felt a disconnect. I didn’t have many friends in the industry until some very kind strangers reached out to me🫶🏽 (You know who you are) These strangers, became friends & then sisters.

If you are new starting out it can be very lonely. Get uncomfortable. Start small. Network. Make friends. These friends will become your support group. They will lift you and your lowest & be there to celebrate at your highest.
