Hand to Heart

As I walked into physical therapy this morning every single person smiled and said hello, and all total strangers! Made my day for sure! You never know what someone is going through, a small act of kindness does wonders for everyone!!

I've definitely had to learn this in my life. No matter the circumstances we can't give up, (even though we might want to) it really is a hard lesson to learn, to keep going! The strongest just keeps going!

A positive heart! I like the sound of that!😁

This is so true! Everything will never be totally in alignment in life, but there is always something good, even when life feels heavy and out of whack!

So true, see the good and positive to get the peace you deserve!

Trying to get into the fall/Halloween spirit! I'm tired of recovering from one surgery or another! 11 surgeries in 12 months. One more to go and I quit! 🤣

Finally back on track..kind of! Recovering from yet again another surgery and in a brace on my hand for 12 weeks, one down 11 to go!😄

Every day I wonder who I am, am I who I was meant to be? The answer is no, but everyday is a choice to become all that I can be! No one can take those choices away from you now! You are all that you are capable of and never less than no matter what!

Amen to that! It's taking me a bit to feel good since my back to back surgeries. Complaining gets you no where, but counting blessings gets you everywhere!!

Today I choose green with a splash of pink, my go to happy colors! And all those chirping birds with red heads surrounding the bird feeds! A great way to start this (hot) Sabbath day!

Let's hope that's true because boy, I have had my fair share of challenges!😊
