The 46th Annual Summer Gala of the Polish Museum of America, dedicated to the 250th Birthday of the United States, was a truly memorable celebration of Polish-American heritage, culture, and community.
It was a great honor to receive the prestigious "Biały Kruk" Award alongside distinguished honorees: Thadeus Ted Makarewicz , Maria Maria Bronny Ciesla and Family in Memory of Richard Ciesla, Bożenna and Andy Haszlakiewicz Bozenna Marquart Haszlakiewicz , Conrad Miczko the Legion of Young Polish Women, and the Chicago Society Foundation Agnieszka KoWalczyk & Marek Kowalczyk, Violette Kolcaan
The evening was filled with elegance and joy, highlighted by the wonderful music of the Anthony Kawalkowski Orchestra, whose performance created a festive atmosphere and brought guests to the dance floor throughout the night. Adding to the celebration were the talented Polonia Dancers, whose colorful costumes and beautiful performances showcased the richness of Polish traditions and cultural pride.
The gala served as a meaningful reminder of the lasting contributions of the Polish-American community and the strong bonds between Poland and the United States. It was an evening of recognition, friendship, music, and tradition that will be remembered for years to come.
A heartfelt thank you to Małgorzata Kot for her amazing preparation and organization of such a beautiful and successful event and Regina Jurkowska Consul General of Polish Consulate in Chicago for amazing speech . Special Congratulations to Hubert Cioromski, President of the Polish American Congress, for receiving prestigious Polish Spirit award and for his continued dedication to promoting and supporting the Polish-American community.
