Moonlight is septic. Promotes bacteria growth. Hide your wounds and don't leave your clothes outside. These are ancestral practices.
Sun is antiseptic. It kills bad bacteria. It heals wounds and kills bacteria in your clothes when you expose them.
Fasting during moonlight is slightly harder but much more beneficial.

🌚 La luz de la luna es séptica. Promueve el crecimiento de bacteria mala. Esconde tus heridas y no dejes tu ropa afuera. Estas son prácticas ancestrales.

El ayuno durante la luz de la luna es un poco más difícil pero mucho más beneficioso.

Last quarter means last chance to remove stuff. This is a great time of the month to shed: old clothes, unnecessary posessions, bad habits, bad friendships, etc... things that no longer serve you and you don't want them back. Waning moon = shedding the bad and old. Make room for the new and wonderful!

El último trimestre de la luna significa la última oportunidad de eliminar cosas de tu vida. Este es un gran momento del mes para deshacerse de: ropa vieja, posesiones innecesarias, malos hábitos, malas amistades, etc ... cosas que ya no te sirven y que no quieres que regresen a tu vida jamás.
