Hope everyone is having a fun and safe holiday! In honor of the holiday, this week’s Tan Tip Tuesday is all about the sun ☀️
A spray tan will darken your skin but it does not protect against the harmful UV rays from the sun!
So, wearing a broad-spectrum, SPF 30 (or higher) sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays is essential.
Protect that beautiful skin and as always… moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!

Want a long lasting spray tan? Avoid Dove and Aveeno products before and after a spray tan. Dove soap and lotion can cause streaking and fading, but it will most likely turn you orange! Dove changes the pH level of your skin and throws off the whole spray tanning process. Aveeno on the other hand contains alcohol which will dry out your skin and fade the spray tan dramatically!
