Years ago an old Western movie, How the West was won” indicated rough winter because of the natural Signs,,,, but noooo.. Is this caterpillar believable? Ancient peoples did not have a World globe or our understanding of the Milky Way and our solar system. As the days kept getting shorter, Belief that the world was coming to an end Caused people to initiate rituals to appease the gods.
The year AD1 certainly put a New face on the rituals and Instilled hope, rather than the ancient fear In people; we have the promise of a Brighter Tomorrow.

Grapefruit and Acid Reflux ?
As people age there are health issues that come up, such as reflux. I was in the hospital early this year with pneumonia caused by silent reflux. It turned out a good doctor friend had the same issue this year.
Hospitals are expensive.
This week A friend sent me a recipe for quinine. Apparently it can have an impact on reducing reflux using grapefruit and lemon peelings etc. I don’t want to get into any political things, but if it will make my life more pleasant naturally, I Think I want to try it. 314-363-2040
