On a beautiful early fall day, I had the absolute joy of doing the makeup for Sydney , her mother, and her sister!

A mutual friend introduced Sydney to me, knowing I specialize in natural makeup, which was exactly what Sydney wanted! Sydney typically doesn’t wear makeup, so the look had to be very natural, comfortable to wear, and suitable for her sensitive skin.

Before our trial, I worked with Sydney to identify products safe for her skin, as she is allergic to certain common makeup ingredients. Based on her allergy list, I carefully reviewed ingredients in my professional makeup kit to identify which would be safe for Sydney, then curated a smaller kit to ensure her comfort and safety. This kit was separate from the makeup I brought for her mother and sister.

One of the most common question I get from clients is, will my makeup last?! And the answer is yes! Using the right products and techniques, I create a makeup look design to last.

The first photo I took right after I finished Kelly’s makeup and the second photo is a few hours later with her makeup still looking flawless!

“It was the end of a decade but the start of an age”~ Kelly turned 30 🎊 and for her birthday celebration she asked me to do her makeup! 💋

She wanted natural glowy skin where her freckles shine through and a bronze and brown eyeshadow look to match!

For the base I used the Lumi Glotoin paired with my trustworthy foundation palette for concealer and spot coverage. On the eyes, I used a Morphe Jaclyn Hill eyeshadow palette to create an eye look that mixes neutrals, brown and gold tones complementary to Kelly’s skin tone!
