This lady came in for a lash fill saying she had just gotten a full set done only 8 days ago somewhere else… but most of the lashes were already gone 😢
A good lash set should still have much better retention after only 8 days. Retention matters just as much as the look ✨
I refreshed and filled her lashes back in for a full, soft, beautiful look again 🤍

Some clients become special memories ✨
3 years ago, she came to me for her brows with her husband by her side. She didn’t speak English, so he helped translate, explained carefully what she liked, and made sure she felt comfortable the entire time. I remember being so impressed by how caring and supportive he was 🤍
We took a photo together that day to remember the moment.
This year, she came back for her touch-up. Her husband was still the one helping book the appointment and communicate her wishes — but this time, she confidently came to see me on her own ✨
